In addition to managing her salon, Spoilt Hair Boutique, Janine’s work with Roots to Rise is driven by her passion for empowering others and make a meaningful difference to those affected by hair loss. Through Roots to Rise, Janine creates a supportive environment where individuals can regain their confidence and feel valued.

Hayley Short

Hayley brings over 25 years of expertise as a wig specialist and hair stylist, working with the NHS, The Little Princess Trust, and private clients. In addition to custom-making wigs, she excels in resizing and revamping pre-loved wigs, offering personalised solutions to those experiencing hair loss. Hayley's dedication to her craft and compassionate approach ensure every client receives tailored care.

Emily Hayward

With a background in support work alongside studying occupational therapy, Emily has an in-depth understanding of how important wellbeing is to those facing challenging times. She plays a vital role in accessing funding, through many different avenues.

Business Administrator

Hayley Evans

Hayley is the initial point of contact for Roots to Rise. She manages all aspects of business administration, keeping us all in check and ensuring smooth operations. Hayley also liaises with the NHS regarding tenders and contracts, helping to strengthen partnerships. In addition to her role, she is a school governor, bringing leadership experience and a deep understanding of caregiving, having cared for her son with a heart condition, which aligns closely with the compassionate mission of the company.
