When you arrive for your appointment, you'll be greeted with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside our discreet haven. Our private consultation room is located upstairs and offers a relaxed environment designed to ensure you feel comfortable. Should you wish to, there is also a separate space to enable you to bring loved ones to support you.

Begin your consultation
During your consultation, our focus is on understanding your unique needs and preferences. We begin by discussing your natural hair and whether you wish to replicate its style or explore something entirely new. You'll have the opportunity to try on various wig styles and colours in order for you to decide which style you feel your best in. There's absolutely no rush to make a decision, and we never charge for our time spent advising you or offering our recommendations tailored to your individual requirements.

Selecting your wig
Once you've identified the perfect wig for you, we provide comprehensive guidance on how to wear and care for your new hairpiece. We offer specific aftercare advice and can provide aftercare kits to ensure that your wig maintains its quality and appearance over time.
